What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer Veteran and First Responder discounts! ..Teachers too!! --> Ask about our exclusive VVP Membership for annual savings on all of your heating and cooling costs. --> VVHVAC proposals for repairs and equipment replacement is very competitive.. often lower than larger competing firms.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Personalized experience with Patience. I have always disagreed with a pushy sales approach - I'd much rather work through your comfort needs when booking your project together - working with Valley View HVAC is choice to thousands of our clients. Attention to your needs. Listening. I have spent extensive hours on the phone and emails with some clients to assure they are comfortable with their needs being met. Our professional team is pleased to work diligently to restore heating and cooling functions to your home or business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I earned my degree in business management and have clocked decades of job experiences in numerous facets of home repair and renovation - from the foundation to the roof, from landscaping to lighting, both indoors and out. I have participated in the installation of bathrooms//kitchens and everything in between. While I am rarely out working on site as your HVAC technician, we manage and work in tandem with our team of knowledgeable technicians closely to assure your project satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Having worked in numerous industries over many decades - experiences in home services have always been the most satisfying. Needing reliable HVAC can be a stressor for many folks.. we are here to ease as much of that as possible - the day to day satisfaction of providing great service to members of our community leads the list of ultimate goals.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. We have serviced projects ranging from single HVAC unit repairs to complete system replacements that included 3 or more major components as well as air duct redirect adjustments to complete air duct system replacements.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheaper is Not better! We often hear we are less expensive than most of our competitors - with us that is not being achieved by providing low quality service or installing sub-par equipment. We operate efficiently to share cost savings with our VVP clients ..simple as that. We have also received feedback that choosing a less expensive proposal, lower than the one we provided, have unfortunately warranted a result of less satisfaction with the services received.

What is your goal? What home repair or equipment installation work are you looking to accomplish? When do you need your project completed? How do you expect the outcome to be - hire a patient professional that does not push you to fit into their timeline!
